Sunday School
Vision
To strengthen children's ministries in the Connecticut
District and to see every child in Connecticut filled with the Holy Ghost and becoming disciples.
Mission
Provide children with salvation and discipleship
opportunities at a District level and to help equip Children's Ministry
volunteers for service.
The Connecticut District Sunday School Department has conducted Camps, Children's Ministry workshops, Kidz Rallys, SOC Hops & Sunday School seminars.
We will continue to provide cutting edge methods to pass the timeless Message onto younger generations.

Save Our Children Offering
The annual Save Our Children fund drive is an important part of fulfilling the Great Commission. It is the primary source of revenue for the General Sunday School Division.
Fifty percent of these funds remain in the district in which the funds were raised (which funds special projects for children such as Junior camps, children's crusades and teacher training seminars) and 50% goes to the General Sunday School Division for the various Sunday school ministries.
The Junior Bible Quizzing Program is designed for children up to eleven. The Primary objective of this ministry is to teach children the Word of God.
In addition, it also promotes these character traites:
1. Self discipline
2. Good study habits
3. Team player attributes
Teacher Training and Certification
Teacher training and leadership training are vital necessities for the church to fulfill its mission in todays world. Meeting the demands of this diverse and educated society will require that we work harder than previous generations.
Every educational opportunity should be taken. Investment of time and money in developing an informed Sunday school staff will pay great dividends over time.
Scouting
Scouting offers a proven outreach tool. Boys will be attracted to the church because of Scouting.
The program has proven youth appeal--it is challenging, action and skill oriented, constructively competitive, and practical.
